Late and No shows
Everyone will receive a 15-minute grace period to arrive at their scheduled appointment. Any time after that will result in a reschedule with a $25 fee to rebook. The fee will be non-refundable.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment. It is a $25 rebooking fee for not canceling and rebooking within 24 hours in advance. This must be paid before you rebook and it doesn’t include your next service total. A fee will not be necessary if you reschedule your appointment within one week of the canceled appointment. The $25 must be paid in full before you can rebook and is non-refundable. We understand things happen so please let us know as soon as possible.
Warranty for hair systems purchases
The hair companies have a 30-day warranty. A full refund will be given if the hair system has not been used. After it has been cut-in you have two weeks within the 30 days for any type of refund. The warranty is non-refundable after 30 days.
A Better You Hair Studio LLC has a second warranty on all hair systems we purchase. The warranty is for 10 days after your cut-in installment. Give us a call immediately if you have any problems with your hair system. If you fail to follow these policies, it will result in no refund from A Better You Hair Studio LLC or any of the hair companies. No exceptions!
All hair systems are paid in full when ordered. We will take full responsibility if there is a mistake on our behalf for our units. If you bring your hair system and you want A Better You to install it, we will not be responsible for any problems you may have with your hair system. We can only be responsible for hair systems purchased through our company.
